Senate President Bukola Saraki has arrived the Code of Conduct Tribunal where he is to answer to a 13 count charge of alleged false declaration of assets while he was governor of Kwara state. The child known as 'Baby Doe' whose remains were found on an island in Boston Harbor has been identified after a long and exhaustive search. The girl's body was found in a trash bag on June 25 by a woman who was walking her dog on Deer Island, Boston Globe reports.

Horrifying details about the girl's short life and death were revealed in court Monday morning, Sept. 21 as her mom, Rachelle Bond, and Bond's boyfriend, Michael McCarthy, were arraigned after their arrest on Friday.

Two middle-aged women are being held by the Nakuru police for raping their gym instructor after they sedated him during a training session, News24 reports. According to police reports, the two women drugged the male gym instructor before sexually assaulting him inside the training facility on Tuesday morning in Nakuru, Kenya.

A Florida man is in police custody after he killed his girlfriend by disemboweling her because she called out the wrong name during sex twice, The Sun Sentinel reports.

24-year-old Fidel Lopez dialed 911 at 3:39 a.m. Sunday morning, September 20, to report that his girlfriend, Maria Nemeth, had trouble breathing. Details from the arrest report say Sunrise police found Lopez crying out for help next to the 31-year-old’s body.

95-year-old Raj Kumar Vaishya's lifelong dream of obtaining a post-graduate degree is set to be realized. He enrolled for MA in Economics at the Nalanda Open University on September 8 for the 2015-16 session.

"I am nearer to fulfilling my long cherished dream of a postgraduate degree in economics. My aim is not to get a degree; the thrust is to study and gain knowledge of economics so as to understand the problems facedby the people and the country and to contribute something, if possible," says Vaishya.
